It's not bad. the best cleans i've heard from a SS, and i play jazz through it. a good step-up amp.

Don't buy a solid state amp over 30 watts. If you ever get into the extra volume they offer, the overdrive and general tone will be terrible.

Get a smaller valve amp - say 30-50 watts - if you're looking to gig.

What's your budget and what kind of music are you playing? I'd recommend NOT getting a Frontman.
