I'm buying a Squier Jagmaster soon, and as you may know, Jagmasters have the Strat trem. I've never owned a guitar with a strat trem, or any trem for that matter. I was wondering if there's a way to lock the trem so it'll divebomb but not do anything else, and if so, how. Thanks!

I don't think you can lock a Strat trem. Even if you put a locking nut on, the strings still wouldn't be locked into the bridge.

You could either get a locking trem and install that, or get a different guitar that has a locking trem, or just fiddle with the Strat trem to make it stay in tune better. You can do things like adjust the bridge screws, replace the saddles, remove string trees, lubricate the nut etc; though this could be kind of wasted on a Squier.
