Okay so my Dad got me an MXR m-108 from the USA. I have foolishly destroyed the adapter by plugging it straight in without considering the US (120v) and UK (240v) difference.

So I need a way to power my pedal IN THE UK. I can't get stuff from overseas (unless its Thomann or something):

1) Get a new adapter that runs 18v (I have yet to find one online)
2) Get one of these work to work with my existing daisy chain http://www.music123.com/Voodoo-Lab-PPY-18V-Y-Cable-150473-i1388323.Music123 (from a UK distributor)
3) Get one of these for my daisy chain http://www.diago.co.uk/component/page,shop.product_details/flypage,shop.flypage/product_id,39/category_id,3/manufacturer_id,0/option,com_virtuemart/Itemid,206/ (from somewhere with them in stock)
4) The GC website says that it can be battery powered but I don't see how and the manual doesn't say anything about it so

EDIT: just realised that number 2 won't work because I don't have one of those Voodoo Labs Power Brick things.

Thanks guys

Probably go with that adaptor, the guy from Diago said that it would work.

No joy with eBay.
