no i am not colour blind

but i have always wondered, do you think every human sees every colour differently, but because they have been told that it is red or whatever that it is impossible to tell if you are seeing a different colour to what others see?

i do clearly spend my days doing very little
#8
No way. By the way, the choice of being able to switch from brown to purple UG themes is great. I just found it.
#9
How would you know? They don't have tests for these things(or not that I've seen)

Remember that dude in Little Miss Sunshine? He didn't find out until he was like 17..

Yes, I'm colour blind.

I can't remember which type though... For the most part, I see things normally. It's only when distinguishing between the two colours I can't see right tight together that I have problems. And I've only ever had that problem in a colour blindness test.

EDIT: Tommy[fin] - I see 70. I only saw the 29/79 because of other people mentioning it.

im colorblind, but its really mild, like i could see the numbers in those pics above, but i still mix p some shades of purple and blue, green and brown, and brown and red. its a mild case of red-green colorblindness, my eye doc says, cuz its only with a few shades
the only time it really sucks is in art class, i have to ask the person next to me if im putting the right color so much

Really? That's intriguing, I saw the 29 first, then realized that there's a 70 kinda embedded.

Which colour's shades are the dots surrounding the 70?

What number is in the picture?

I can see both numbers. 70 and 29. haha

EDIT: I saw the 70 first. Then looked closer and saw 29.

Also, I don't have to concentrate to see them, they're just overlapping...

I'm not colourblind, but I'm deuteranopic so I have a form of it, and I can only see a 70 in that image.

Right... What colour are the dots that surround the 70?
#27
I've had tests a few times (when I was thinking of going into the air force) and I pass all the tests, but I find the boundaries between colours are different for me than most people. I often think yellow things are green, for example.
#28
yeah im colourblind and i can only see the 70 in the picture no other numbers even if i concentrate hard

[quote="'Tommy[fin"]']Right... What colour do you see the dots that surround the 70?
The 70 is a clear purple, there's no colour around it different from the other yellow and brown dots in the background.

Even though you weren't asking me - I see the main mass of dots as green.

What are they supposed to be?

Its odd. Once in a while I'll be unable to tell green from red or brown, say, in a pencil box. Makes my colouring somewhat harder.

Right, so darkish green turns to brown, but did you notice that a part of the zero is in blue?
