okay so i work part time, go to highschool you know the drill.
but my money income isnt so great because of phone and carbills and rent
aaannddd
to make matters worse...

my peavey 5150 fell...yes literally fell off my cab and now the Chassy on which the tubes sit in is loose so it makes a buzzy noise whenever im not playing..a really loud and annoying buzzy noise

so i took it to my local repair shop and i havta get that fixed and i havta get new tubes
so its gonna cost about 200 bucks =[

so what im thinking about doing
is im selling my gibson sg faded for 400 bucks
making the repair and buying a schecter c1 plus in the meantime
just for use

is the schecter c1 plus a good guitar and is this a good idea?
thanks guys!!!

i wouldn't but thats just me. Just plug your guitar into your computer and play it like that until you can get sum bank to fix the amp. guitar effects get sum effects here and save up that bank

You dont have another smaller amp to play on until you can get the other one fixed.

Try renting an amp, or using a smaller amp and having it mic'd up to the house PA system. Selling your top guitar is a piss-poor way of dealing with the issue.

I wouldn't sell the Gibson, but the Schecter C-1+ is a good guitar. My brother hsa had one around 8 months, and it covers just about everything pretty well. I can post a link to his youtube with around 20 videos of random songs if you'd like a sample..but be forewarned he uses a Line 6 spider.

see if you can fix it or a friend who is a techy can if not see if the store will let you use some credit system most places are understanding at least to degree.
The nice part about being a pessimist is that you are constantly being either proven right or pleasantly surprised

Also caught her playing fallout boy on my guitar, changed my strings and cleaned it the next day.

ok thanks for the help dudes!
for everyone who told me not to sell the sg i agree
instead, i put 6 layers of Pool Liner foam stuff haha in between the head and the cab and it works fine for the most part!
we found out its the vibrations that make that annoyance
