I'm the only person awake at my place now, all my roommates have been out for over an hour, and it just started storming.

Basically the first good storm we've had all year, and I'm loving it.

My cat is only intrigued by the thunder, although he is terrified of the rain. Water irritates him in a very special, hilarious way.

Love 'em. When I was younger, my older brother and sister and I, along with a couple friends, went out into the middle of a HUGE field when it was about to storm HARD. That was in Edmonton, Alberta, and anyone from around there will know the vicious thunderstorms they get like, everyday in the summer. Anyways, it got pretty damn violent, and we heard later that two tornadoes had touched down just outside the city. We took shelter in a shack-like thing by the little broken down outdoor hockey arena thing. There was also a playground that we were hanging out in, until the golf ball hail started coming down, which hurt like a bitch.

Fun night.

If im inside then yes. If im outside then mostly no, lightning is actually quite deadly to humans so... :P But if its storming and im at the breakwall down at the harbour, oh god, its fun.

I love storms, and there's one brewing on the horizon!

I'm gonna have a good night tonight.

I used to be terrified of them, but they sure have grown on me.
The sound of rain is very calming to me.

Also, I swear it's been raining for 40 days and 40 fricken' nights here.
But I love the rain, so I don't mind at all.

I love storms, but only if its warm. If its cold, then I stand on my balcony, gazing at the lightnings. Its awsome.

I sure do. They look really cool, I love the sound of thunder, and the sound of rain on my roof. Especially when I'm in bed because it puts me to sleep

I remember the last actual storm we had, with pouring rain and real thunder and lightening, I was walking through a field and caught in it
I love storms, but I'm always concerned about my rabbit, since he lives in the garden, and the fact that the slightest bit of rain makes the river near my college flood so bad you can't get anywhere without becoming soaked.

The power to feel with others give.

I love thunderstorms, but where I live, there are a lot of trees so you can't see the lightning hit the horizon. It's great playing guitar with the window open a crack (so you can smell and hear it better) during a thunderstorm.

I love the smell of thunderstorms.
