I have this very small picture and I want to enlarge it alot
(like 10 times or more)without losing the quality.
anyone here knows how to do that in photoshop?

Not possible, unless you enlarge it and redraw it line by line. Post the image, it may be able to be done.

There was a video going around a while ago about a program that did this(actually enlarged and added detail) fairly well.

However it was still in alpha back then so im not sure if its going to ever be available to the public.

if the image is not very complex you can put it in vectors and resize it without losing quality

New technology enables resizing images to a much larger size without quality loss. But it's very expensive I think =/

Post the pic?
