No they wouldn't, but in some cases people with Tourette's are allowed in live television. Just so long as it's after 9.

Firstly, that was unnecessary and you don't even know whether I'm talking out of my ass.

Secondly, common sense dictates that I'm right anyway. It would be a violation of human rights to outright ban people with tourette's from being on television, but according to the television laws, they'd have to be on after 9.
