the humbucker i have now is the babybucker, and its a good pickup and all,but its just wayyy to much for me to handle with the kind of music i play(classic rock)and was looking at the Muy Grande Humbuckers but i dont want to rush out there and spend 130$ without knowing what im getting myself into.help anybody?

Muy Grande are awesome pickups but its really more help if you talk about your entire rig and who you want to sound like.

You could get $1000 custom made pickups hand wired with Eric Johnsons pubic hair, and they'd still sound pretty bad through a ****ty solid state practice amp.

it's gonna be really hard to get that sound with humbuckers and an SG, but you might be able to get decently close
