And you're obviously here because you fancy Phill.
Phill is a very attractive guy...

Unless otherwise stated, assume everything I say is in my opinion.

A song that made me cry once was Heart Collector by Nevermore, not for its lyrics but for its sort of gloomy atmosphere.

No tears, but Vacant by Dream Theater... wow, one hell of an emotional response. Shows that Rudess and Myung really can write and keep it simple...

another day by dream theater. made me cry cause its so perfect. Always with me always with you by satch.

Maiden's Ghost of The Navigator really did make me cry when I heard it while stoned.
At the same sitting, Cynic made me want to commit suicide because I couldn't fathom the brilliance, and I thought I would never be able to.
Dyer's Eve is awesome, and has an abnormally large penis, which doesn't act as any hinderance to his everyday life despite its freakishly large size.

If Nothing Else Matters counts, then definitely that one.
And also the end of Floods by Pantera really gets to me. It's such a powerful riff.

Well, I don't full out cry, but some songs by Agalloch make me a bit teary.

The Misshapen Steed is one of the candidates.

I think there's a lot of songs that make people feel many kinds of sadness. No matter if it's dark, metal or emo, anyhow, that hits the people deep inside. It's the cooler of the music. The power it has to change minds and make some hearts beating weird.

I cry when a new in flames or children of bodom album comes out because they suck so bad nowadays.

The closest I ever came to crying to a metal song was Opeth-Burden.

Of course, I can't tell if I was overcome with emotion or just fucking amazed at how awesome the song is.

Windir - Saknet because of the sheer epicness and atmosphere of the song.

'Cry' is a strong word. Maybe a tear or two at most.

Listening to Floods on the anniversary of Dimebag's death.
One time while watching 'The Spirit Carries On', Score version.
Primordial-The Gathering Wilderness has some moments.

Dreamer deciever is a great song. So much emotion. The best is deciever afterwords and how it kicks in.

"jealousy" by death has some really good lyrics. I was thinking of the song yesterday when my boss was being a complete bitch.

literally 10 songs by Opeth nearly made me shed a tear. It's never actually happened though. Also might I add no other band has done that

The Coffin Ships has gotten me teary eyed before. Goddamn, that song is emotional in every sense of the word.

And Ne Obliviscaris, Opeth, Katatonia, and Agalloch are also pretty emotional stirring.

other than that, Warning - "Footprints"

No song's made me cry. New Deicide should make most people cry, though
O what a disgrace if such a despised and base race, which worships demons, should conquer a people which has the faith of omnipotent God and is made glorious with the name of Christ!

I've never shed a tear, but have become teary-eyed in the past, from these following songs:

Black Sabbath - Die Young
Judas Priest - Beyond the Realms Of Death
Blind Guardian - Blood Tears, Noldor
Opeth - Blackwater Park (the end is so overwhelming), Windowpane (the very final verse)
Dream Theater - Octavarium, Goodnight Kiss
Iced Earth - The Clouding

To add to what I said earlier about Agalloch, A Desolation Song is pretty much guaranteed nearly every time to get me near-tears. Hell, even just reading the lyrics by themselves might do it.

Probably because I can relate to it (as no doubt many others can, as well).
