alright so i was looking at this eq pedal and have heard good things about it, but i just wanted another opinion, so if you guys have used it or have it, is it a good eq pedal?

its very good if you use passive pickups

i have a viper with emgs and it completely kills my tone

i suggest an mxr one if you have actives

cool, i have passive's so i'll check it. also i dont care about the durability thing because i usually play at my house or in my friends garage

its actually pretty durable

its a metal casing and stuff

and you have to do the regular danelectro thing to put in a battery
(unscrew the back panel for 10 minutes)

but its not too shabby

really good for it's price. unfortunatly build of plastic so I wound not stomp on it hard.

is that the only reason why its so cheap, because i was gonna get it, but had second thoughts because of the price

i have 2 danelectro pedals and you don't have to unscrew anything to access the battery. the cover has a little latch on it. maybe you have to do it on the mini pedals (i think the EQ is a mini pedal anyway), but its not really a "regular" thing for danelectro since the 2 pedals i have are their "regular" pedals.
I like analogue Solid State amps that make no effort to be "tube-like", and I'm proud of it...

...A little too proud, to be honest.
