I have been listening to his Live CD (Live at Earls Court)

and it just struck me how much he sounds like Kermit the Frog at times. Particularily through "First of the Gang to Die"

Anyone else agree?

So, he may sound like Kermit sometimes, what difference does it make

Just an observation.

It was rather awkward listening to it when I had Kermit going through my mind the whole time

Nice reference.

I know that when he was with The Smiths, he never really struck me as Kermit the Frog. It may be different right now. And offtopic, even though Morrisey is such a pretentious douche, I own every Smiths album...

I definately prefer his voice in the 80s to now, but its down to age really. And Morrissey's pretentiousness (?) in the Smiths is made up with Johnny Marr's guitar playing.
