i was wondering what you guys thought the most addicting type of music is. i think in the last like few days or a week i think i, in the normalest way possible, fell in love with like really hardcore metal like children of bodom and like disposable heroes by metallica, and like. to be honest, im kinda proud, i dont know why whatdo you guys (and girls) think?

i listen to pretty much anything, and anything can get addicting to me
sometimes i'm all up n' into death and melodeath but other times i'm all about the pop punk or alt rock
its all pretty random, but if i had to pick a genre i'd probably say punk

^Jazz is the least addictive for me. I'll listen to a cat dying before Jazz.

Guitar hero. I'm dead serious. Think about it, the majority of people LOVE playing guitar hero, and it really is an addicting game. You could sit for what feels like 20 minutes and it turns out to be 4 hours. It's by far the most addicting kind of music...guitar hero music.

A lot of pop punk is pretty addicting, I'm talking about pop punk like The Ergs and The Queers not pop rock like MCR.

Electronic of any type.

Seriously, I read the title, though to myself "Oh, techno for sure", and I switched from Agalloch to Sabrepulse's "Double K.O." without thinking.

If that's not addiction I don't know what is.

Prog.

Coheed and Cambria, Rush, Yes, Tool, BTBAM, Pink Floyd, and Opeth.

Can't get enough of it.

Edit: and Porcupine Tree.
