I'm listening to the soundtrack to the lord of the Rings now, by Howard Shore, it's amazing, I've loved listening to it for ages, but today for some reason I got thinking, I wonder if the ideas used here could be transcribed on to guitar, I know it's been done, but I don't want to play the exact songs, just the scales/musical themes conveyed, anyone know anything about it? Basically like neo-classical influence. Thanks in advance.
There are a million different pieces in that score. We can't "give you a scale" (though it would be major and minor the majority of the time (though the Shire theme seems modal to me, which would make it ionian))
Someones knowledge of guitar companies spelling determines what amps you can own. Really smart people can own things like Framus because they sound like they might be spelled with a "y" but they aren't.
