im trying to write a song kinda like 'little wing'-hendrix or 'lenny'-SRV

Play in the blues scale over a blues chord progression, and make good use of that flattened 5th.

Listen to blues and learn some characteristic elements, such as 12-bar blues, major and minor blues scales and the like. There is no "sad scale" - you can make any scale sound the way you want. Your phrasing and technique need to be emotive, and as far as blues goes, bends work wonders.
