I've just bought Roland Cube 30X and want to achieve as close as possible tone to Marty's leads, for example Symphony Of Destruction.Any advices would be greatly apprecieted.

yeah i was wondering about that too,i have a digitech RP200,

and i was wondering how i can get as close as i can to marty's tone esp on lucretia, hangar 18 and take no prisoners,
i could fiddle with it for a few hours but if you guys can save me the tiresome process i'd be forever in your debt!

fiddle for hours? hahaha

just fiddle while you play along with the song, untill it sounds right. thats what i do usually and it seems to work rather well.

Metal model, not R Fier.

The 'metal stack' EQ gives the closest rythm tone.

I have found the R-Fier model being the best for thrash rythm.

Anyone here uses classic stack model for soloing?I have found it pretty satisfying with gain to the max.
