You have a decent lead guitar tone, but your rhythm guitar sounds way too distorted and makes the track sound quite muddy. Personally, I always back off the gain a bit on the rhythm tracks. I find this makes my tracks sound a lot cleaner. If I were you, I'd get your freind to turn down his dirt and re-record. I think you will be very happy with the results.

I thought your playing was pretty good. The only problem I picked out was that sometimes your playing seemed out of time with the other guitar. However, overall, it was a good, fun, classic rock solo.
