Alright so when i play really fast on the high up frets whenever i use my pinky i get this pain in my forearm and hear this cracking noise... another thing i should mention is that my pinky is kind of messed up in that the bottom knuckle can only be in 2 positions which it snaps back and forth from, which hasn't been n issue in actual playing but may have something to do with the pain. Anyone else have this problem or know what to do about it?

Well see exactly what muscle movements stimulate the pain and then go see a doctor. Also, make sure you warm up before playing.
