I'm wiring two pickups to one push-pull pot for coil-tapping and I just wanna know if I can connect the two earth poles without causing it to **** up. I'm fairly confident there shouldn't be a problem with it but I thought I'd check first.

Cheers!

if the switch on the push/pull is dpdt you should be able to keep them separate and use one pole for each pup.
Thank you please.

Yeah but I want to minimise the amount of wiring by simply wiring the two poles for earth together instead of having two longer wires going to earth.

Yeah, you can connect the two ground lugs.

I just went and tried it anyway. But my soldering iron stopped working before I got a chance to earth the cavity shielding
