BleedDeathMetal and WtrPlyr's suggestions are all good.

There's also the different Malekko delays, Diamond Memory Lane, Pigtronix Echolution Phi, Freakshow Effects Digilog, T-Rex Replica, etc, etc. There are heaps to choose from, depending on your budget and preferences.

The best digital delay for under 100 bucks is the Ibanez DE-7.

If you want to spend more go with the EHX Memory Men. Those are in the 200s.

In between, if you need analogue, go for the Maxon or DD-7.

In my personal opinion gor for the EHX or DE-7. The DE-7 is amazing for the price, no bels and whistles, up to 2 second delay. The Maxon doesn't have enough delay for me. If you have the cash and want to go for a big EHX, then do it.
HEY
Do you like anime/manga?
PM me about buying the graphic novels I'm trying to sell

I brought an EHX Echo1 the other day, And i'm pretty damn impressed with it. Got great versatility for a small cheap(ish) pedal. I'd recommend it to anyone
The memory man is probably a better pedal, but is a lot more expensive.
