So I saw a 5150 at a local shop (I'm not telling you for how much, or where!). I had a quick question: the script and block logo versions...is the "logo" that refers to the EVH printed on the chassis, the 5150 logo on the grill, or something else? I'm aware that the script and block logo models were identical, other than the tubes they shipped with, but I'm just curious about which this one is. Pardon what may seem like a silly question.

Block Letter refers to EVH being printed on the controls instead of his signature.

I've had tube amps for a while now, but never actually had any go down on me

maybe you're not saying the right things? an amp likes to know you care.

Yes, that was stated in the first post.
