Pickup: anywhere from $30-110, then solder and a soldering iron.
a set up: depends if you have the tools. if not, it's mucho expensiveo for people on a budget.

idk...prly seven million dollars...no dude, it depends...look at how much the pick ups are...adn it will cost that much...if you do it yourself, which is pretty simple if the website provides a diagram for it, its a lot easier than it looks and sounds...but if you want to give the job to someone else, it depends on what they charge per hour...which are usually pretty bogus rates considering all you have to do to change pickups is clip wires and solder
