What do you guys think of them, i seen em last year at "Live At Loch Lomand" and i gotta say, they were bloody awesum, Bang Bang Your Dead is quality live. Check out the album, its called "Waterloo to anywhere", for me, start to finish, its superb...

Hmmm, I liked the singles they released, not so much the album. Deadwood is still an ace track.

New album out later this year I believe

I agree with 'meh', their singles were good yet the rest of the album disappointed me. Babyshambles in my opinion had a much better debut.

That said, I am still excited about the new album they should bring out soon.

Hopefully they reform The Libertines, better than either band

Both bands are playing at Reading, reunion on the cards?
#7
To be honest, The Libertines will never reform; I wouldn't want them to anyway. It would kill the whole spirit and atmosphere commonly associated with the (ex) band. Nevertheless, I do love Pete and Carl together as opposed to apart in separate bands.

I prefer Babyshambles' debut purely because not only is it more experimental and poetically better, I don't have to suffer clichéd choruses and unimaginative lyrics.

A reunion would be sweet, Carl and Pete already got together onstage last year, its quality how pete makes out that he aint there.....

I am in love with Doctors and Dealers and Bang Bang You're Dead (which has one of the catchiest opening guitar licks I've every heard).

I thought their debut was brilliant. Looking forward to the new album! They're amazing live! The drummer, Gary, is hillarious!

I seen them live 2 weeks ago. It was amazing. From the new songs they played, the 2nd album should be decent.
