That appears to be a G&L ASAT bass:

Nice bass as far as I know, it's got some nicefeatures like a bypassable active preamp and a series/parallel switch for the pickups.

G&L ASAT for sure.
I prefer the L-2000 though. little harder to get the high frets with my unusually protrusive thumb.
they remind me of stingrays sorta. just as versatile, but in different ways.
