The mounting screws on either side that lower or increase the action, how expensive are they to replace? or do i have to buy a new guitar?

fairly cheap, most floyd parts are, should be less than £5 each, look on ebay.

but whats wrong with the original ones, they are fairly indestructible, is it not the wood thats gone wrong?

the shape for the alan key is very loose... the alan key slips instead of fiitting in place. all other screws are fine (its only one)

fair doo's, but why do you need to adjust your action so much?

if you set it good then stick to the same brand and gague strings it shouldnt need adjusting
