Thanks to some idiots I know, my floyd rose locking is stuck at the top locks, by the machine heads. Allen keys just get chewed up, but the original metal is still exactly the same...which is good as its a limited edition.

Anyway, would getting rid of the strings be helpful? if there were no strings would the locks come off again?

Would using wd40 to loosen the locks up work?

What would everyone suggest?

Try a pair of pliers around the nuts if the allen keys aren't working?
The DNA results show that Jeremy Kyle is a nob.

I assume some retards tightened them way to far thus ruining the thread?

First, punch them

Second, either use some oil, be careful what type, you dont want a ****ed up finish

Third, get some pliars, grip tight and twist, SHOULD come unlocked.

If all else fails, jam a bigger key in and twist, then replace the locks

Thankfully the threads aren't ruined, but I have allready punched them for it. How much do new locks cost on average?

So its an insult to be American?
If you start a reply with: I have never played one but I have heard good things about it! Your opinion is invalid.
