Hello, i wasnt really sure if this was the right section to ask this in but here goes.
note: i am not selling this guitar, just asking something.

At christmas i got a jackson dkmg. Id tried a few out in shops and really liked it. However, i'm just not having fun with it in the house, it feels very difficult to play in comparison to my peavey.

So i was wondering, how much would i get if i were to sell it?
It has a few small scratches on the back and one tiny little chip on the front that is very difficult to see (very light, nothing major, defintly nothing that will affect playability), has stock EMG 81/85 pickups and is gloss black.

Hope that all makes sense and thanks in advance!

Instead of selling it why don't you figure out what's different about it from the ones you liked in the store and try to set it up properly.

You could get about $700-$800 for it, seeing as the list price is about $1000.

It's a damned good guitar.

List price would be 500 pounds, so about 350-400 pounds is what you could get.

i dunno really, it just feels really stiff and quite awkward to play

whereas my peavey plays like a total dream and is stupidly easy to play on lol

to be honest, most people probably wont have a problem with, its just me

The action is probably too high. Take it to a guitar store, Tell them how it feels and have them set it up. Thats a great guitar. Don't sell it if you can get out of it.
I decided I want to be more like the people on ug...

Searchbar!!!

That oughta do it.

Time for a supercool guitar demonstration by herman li,

Herman Li- why is this guitar so big?

Stage guy- because its a bass herman

I would also agree to have it setup. Of course that Peavey is short scale too IIRC, which could have something to do with it. As for price, they sell equal to about US $1000/1100 over there IIRC, so you could probably get equal to US $600 for it, or around 300-400 pounds.
