Hello all. I have run into a little bit of a snag when it comes to playing through an amplifier; My high notes are getting drowned out by the lower notes. I'm trying to learn some Minus the Bear songs, which usually involve tapping notes on the high E and B strings while simultaneously tapping notes on the low E or A strings.

Any ideas on how I can prevent the high notes from getting drowned out?
Turn the treble up on your amp, and turn the bass down.

Turn the tone up on your guitar.

Use the bridge pickup.
mute the lower notes if you can it is difficult but it works

Better yet. "My arm is tired, could I put it in between your legs so I can sexually violate you during the movie?"

lets watch this thread die like i should have on page 1
you pickups might not be evenly mounted. look at them and see if they're closer to the lower strings than the higher.
