Im looking for some nice sounding but kinda sad sounding songs like nothing else matters by metallica.Like something that could put you to sleep or something you would want played at your funeral with some nice picking kinda guitar stuff because i wanna change things up instead of CHUGGA CHUGGA CHUGGA all the time.

So any ideas.Thanks UG!

take almost anything by this wonderful band and you will most likely have a sad acoustic song. especially if you take a look at the wide awake its morning album

anything by billy mclaughlin. thats more on the difficult side compared to metallica tho. try 'soulmates' or 'fingerdance', or 'clockshop'.

I do believe you just used Blink 182 and hard rock in the same sentence. It would seem you're rather confused.
I have a quote in my signature! And it makes fun of blink-182! I'm cool now!

The man who sold the world by nirvana (unplugged version). A lot of chording and eventually a solo, really sad song.

Nirvana's Something In The Way is actually pretty damn good. Really somber and simple.

Watchin Over Me by Iced Earth,
only the start and a middle part is played acoustic, but you can play the whole song acoustic, by changing the picking style
