Ok here is the gear I already have:
2 Shure SM57s (for accoustic guitar)
1 Shure SM58 (for vocals)
Pair of M Audio BX5a Monitors

So I am currently wanting to record myself playing guitar and vocals. In the future, I might want to add mics for drums. Which interface would be best for my needs?

Budget: > $500

Thanks for your help!

Can't go wrong with PreSonus in my opinion. Also check out the MXL 990/991 condenser mic package ant MF. It should work great for acoustic guitar.

Alright thanks for the suggestion.
What are the differences in the FP10 and the Firestudio Project?

Slightly better preamps and a nice graphical interface in the latter.

Ha. Yes, I want to spend LESS THAN $500. My bad. Just got a B in College Algebra, maybe thats why I didn't get an A...
