Lyrics should come from inside of you. Just write the first verse and it should go smoothly from there.

Practice writing as much as you can. You don't have to do lyric writing all the time (you can do journals, blogs, poems, school essays, etc.), but when you start writing on a daily basis you'll find it much easier to express your thoughts into words.
