Hey Guys,

I'm thinking about getting an esp (Ltd) ec-1000, but i haven't had the chance to play one yet. I was wondering what the neck profile is like( I play a squire strat , and don't want anything too thick or wide), and also if it has a good clean sound (as I know these guitars are known for their dirty sound).

Help would be appreciated.

Gibson Les Paul sucks Black guy penis. The EC has much better pickups and Fretboard.

And yes the the fretboard on the EC is quite nice and thin.

A Les Paul is like $500 more than en EC-1000.

It has a thin neck and you can get good cleans out of the neck pickup.

You fail.

The EC-1000 is amazing (and unimaginably better than a Studio, especially as far as quality control goes). The necks are very nice, IMO they're the nicest necks on the planet. Not Ibanez thin (which I see as a good thing), but no where near as thick as a Gibson or Schecter.
Heads will roll. Throats will be slit. Blood will flow like springs of water.

From a Squier Strat it will be some difference.

How you know you have too many guitars...

Apparently once also known as PonyFan #834553.
