Im picky when it comes to the metal i listen to....i like it heavy but not brutal heavy to the point of the music losing its musicality persay...so i was hoping you guys could suggest some more modern metal bands i should check out that arent so rediculously extreme....hope u get what i mean...any suggestions?

I am not against harsh vocals...i like any type of vocals up to screaming but not pig squeeling and completely indistinguishable vocals...
