That's a riff.

Unless you include a time signature or tuning or something, it's just gonna look like riff....

Well you've got the notes B C F F# G.. which without hearing which notes are emphasized makes it difficult to determine a specific scale for the riff.
Nor less I deem that there are Powers

It appears to use the D Blues scale.

I'm taking D as the root, due to the repetition, so the other notes are the 4th #4/b5 and 5th.
To be fair, if the Ab is just a passing tone, it could be any number of scales... but the common scale that uses the 4th 5th and the 'blue' b5 is the Blues scale
