yeah i know but it just sounded weird last night im not sure why maybe roth was just tired out or something, hes getting old. it just didnt sound as good as usual

lol i didnt mean that i'm use to hearing someone else sing it, i guess i should have said that on that paticular night the song jump sounded like the singing was off a bit and it just didnt sound right. but then again it was the encore so maybe the band was tired or maybe my ears were ringing so loud that the song was just distorted a little bit.

that is weird. because hendrix's version is the most well known, and if you didn't tell anyone that it is a cover, no one would know. Hendrix made that song sound the way it should have originally.
