They're all pretty mediocre imho. The only one I've ever liked was the ds-1, but mostly because of it's low price.
I don't give a shit if you listen to me or not

Their delays are ok I guess. Same with the chorus'. Not bad noise suppressor. For the most part they are generic I guess.

boss pedals are basically "generic fx pedals". still, i love my DS-2.
I like analogue Solid State amps that make no effort to be "tube-like", and I'm proud of it...

...A little too proud, to be honest.

I'm hearing a steady *thump thump* from the people above me and I need some porno grooves to play on my bass to give them some background music. Any ideas?

It's a tie for me between the RV-3 and the Ch-2.

Of the one's I've owned, the DD-3 is the one I've used the most. SD-1 is also pretty decent. I kinda like the way the OC-2 sounds too, even though it colors the tone a bit and the tracking is kinda glitchy. Two of the ones I've liked the least are the BF-3 and CS-3.

I've actually had Boss GAS lately, which is kinda unusual. To me, they are standard workhorse pedals ("ganeric" like that guy said), and very often there are more interesting choices. But I really want a PS-3, an RC-2 and a RE-20

The RC-2 and RC-20XL look absoulutely amazing. One of those will actually be my next purchase. Considering the fact I just got a RV-3 in the mail today.

Nice. If I wasn't so happy with the reverb in my amp, I might give the RV-3 a shot. Both RC's look great. Initially I planned on getting the XL, but I think I'm gonna get the RC-2 instead. Smaller size (although I'd need a separate foot switch), lower price, and almost all of the same features. I don't think I would use reverse loops anyway. But then again, who knows?

I got the most use out of my NS-2 but it still wasn't very good at all so I chopped it in for an ISP Decimator; they're all pretty iffy to be honest.

SYB-5 Bass Synthesizer (the SYB-3 is better but really hard to find). Most standard effects by Boss are really mediocre and you can find something better for the price.

yeah, it's pretty much auto volume swells. Makes your guitar sound like a violin.
