Hey Guys! Started taking lessons again with an awesome guitar teacher. He wants me to start recording my lessons. I also take voice lessons and would like to record them too. I would like a recorder that I can transfer the lessons to my computer. I would also like to keep it cheap. I don't mind buying used and can check eBay. Anyone got any recommendations for a small handheld voice recorder or something? Thanks!

I use my N95 phone for lesson recordings. It does a surprisingly decent job, records as .wav files too. Not bad.

Sounds nice... but I won't be getting a new phone anytime soon.

You could look into one of those little personal recorders. Like a digital version of an old tape recorder, that kinda thing.

If you have a Radio Shack nearby, they'll probably have one.

Got any suggestions on models to look at?
