It looks, quite frankly, awful. Low end GK has a very poor reputation. This doesn't have nearly enough power (150W min for playing at practise volume with a drummer, 300W for gigging. Roughly, 3 times the wattage of the guitarists combined is a good starting point. However, if you have regualar access to a high quality PA system, you can get away with less).

This appears to try and sell on the "OMG half stack lulz" factor.

Yes. I own a low end GK. It was given to me as a practice amp and that's all those low end GKs are good for.
