In your opinion, what would the ultimate concert be???

You have to pick 3 or 4 bands.
And put a setlist if you eant to.
#2
all the original seattle bands(aic, soundgarden, pearl jam) together for one night, with paul gilbert jumping in and guest starring. followed by a godsmack/metalica/megadeth follow up.

red hot chili peppers. because theyre my favorite band, and from what i can see in videos, they have amazing stage presence and energy. and im only saying them, because i cant handle festivals. too long, too much standing. and just about everyone else i really really want to see, ive seen already.

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.

Black Dahlia Murder.
Chimaira.

It would span a few days and each day would have a 12:00 pm show and an 8:00 pm show, so you didn't have to stand for too long.

Day 1

12:00 pm: Leftover Crack opening for Choking Victim
8:00pm: Mustard Plug, Reel Big Fish, and Streetlight Manifesto

Day 2

12:00 pm: ZZ Top opening for AC/DC
8:00 pm: '81 Minor Threat, '84 Black Flag, '83 Dead Kennedys

Day 3

12:00 pm: Subhumans and NOFX
8:00 pm: Social Distortion, Rise Against, Bad Religion

If only...

I'd like to see Kyuss and Sleep reform with Monster Magnet opening, in some sweaty underground club. I'd give everything I own for that to happen.
#20
deep purple, then rush, then scorpions with uli, michael, and jabs, then boston, then allman brothers (complete with duane and berry), then Led Zeppelin. followed by a two hour jam session involving guitarists from said bands, as well as mini sets by allan holdsworth, satch, vai, zappa thrown in betweeen. i'd call it "Heaven".
