So here you are, sitting at your computer, listening to your music.
And then, a certain song comes up, and you get the urge to play guitar.
What song does this for you?
For me - Sacrificed Sons by Dream Theater does it.

The Mortal Kombat theme song. Seriously, it's so awesome. Then maybe Magua's Scalp by Buckethead.

I actually like James' vocals in the verses of that song.....one of his better moments I think

I don't think the case is quite to that scale, but I do sort of agree. I don't like his vocals 90% of the time, but he does have moments which are actually genuinely good. If he could be that suiting all the time it'd be cool, but he ain't which sucks. I don't like his vocals for the chorus in that song much.......

I would love Dream Theater a lot more if James LaBrie wasn't the lead singer. Just doesn't suit the band most of the time.

There older stuff, he fits perfectly.
More than his new stuff.
But I still love all there stuff.

Overuse of the word "stuff" much?

EDIT: On topic, anything live by Led Zeppelin and the Mars Volta.

Anything by Jimi Hendrix, but I can't play any of his stuff
