take the money you were gonna spend on that speaker and get a new amp, tube is the way to go

New amp? maybe find an amp with 10 inch speakers and use the Celestions from the spider?

A spider needs a speaker with a flat EQ (so the amp deals with setting this for the specified model).
All other amps DON'T need a speaker with a flat EQ.

A new speaker on a spider will KILL the sound you have. You're spending money on making the amp worse. Fact.
