Just wondering. I probably will go for the EC-1000 regardless, but if it's close to the same I'll atleast give it a try. Only thing is if I got the prophecy I may have to replace the EMG 85 with a 60, because I need a pretty clean sound too.

The EC-1000 is the best guitar I have ever played. No Epiphone could ever hope to match it in quality.
