Ok, sorry if this is in the wrong place - but i need help!!!!!

can someone please map out these chords for me or at least a couple of them please in the most "standard" voicings:

D+(b9)
Ami7(b5)
Cadd2
D+9
Bbmaj9
C+
D+7
Eb6
C+11
F9(sus4)

Yeah, I know it is a truck-load of chords - but I need to know them for the school jazz band asap. (I hate it when you just get given the chords names and not the notes also >

Thanks a lot for whoever even looks at this!!!!!!! (yes I am that desparate)

Thanks Guitarplayer)" for that site but it doesn't have what I need to construct the chords I'm looking for.
To chickrawker (lovely name by the way) I tried googling but it doesn't come up with what I want and I've tried typing in everything I can think of. Someone needs to come up with a guitar chord search engine or something..\IDEA!!!!!!

So can someone please show me how to do these chords. PLEASE!!!!!!

Keep in mind that those chords are just representative of one way of playing. When you incorporate them into progressions, you're really going to have to pay attention to your voice leading.
