Waittt.
Don't kill me.
It's not marshall, line 6 or fender or any other **** amp.

I'm hopefully buying a Laney VC30-112.
But, I'd like extra power, and I got Laney's catalogue today.

Aparently, you can buy the VC30-112 and then make a "piggy back stack" by adding the GS112VE [a cab]

Does anyone have this?
What's it like?

Adding a cab won't give you any extra power. It's just another speaker. If you want that, just buy the 2x12 VC30.
A dwarf might hear you. What then?

Well to be honest I'd go with the 1x12 and leave it at that. Any gig that the 30 can't handle on its own will be mic'd anyway.
