well i'm sick of my 10 watt ibanez amp, which is decent for an amp of its size, but i want something much more powerful and featureful. i dont need superhigh gain for death and black metal and stuff, but i want to be able to achieve a metallica/mastodon-ish crunch without having to turn the gain and volume all the way up. it should be a combo amp since all i'll really be using it for is practicing and jamming with friends/rehearsing with band. tube or solidstate as long as its combo, good crunch, and footswitch is what i'm looking for in this amp. all suggestions welcome, and stay metal

Head and Cab for $130? You don't need a head and cabinet, you need a psychological examination.
