how am i supossed to take the old ones?
the white things are really hard to take out
so any way to do it easier?

Loosen them completely off the tuning pegs and push the "white things" out by reaching in through the soundhole.

Or if you have a peg winder, there's normally something on there to take out the pegs. Plyers work too. To help, you can push up from the soundhole.

Use a tool, like that pic or get peg winder that has a little pryer on the winder. ALWAYS use the right tools. And for cutting the strings, use a VERY sharp wire cutter or some winders come as a multitool with cutters.
