how am i supossed to take the old ones?
the white things are really hard to take out
so any way to do it easier?

no, the bridge plugs are toughies the first go round, they become easier the more times you change em. anyway, you pull out the plug, unwrap the string off its' place on the headstock and its' off. putting the plug back in is the hard part =C

If you buy a peg winder, at the top, there is a little notch cut into the head of it which is used to take out bridge pins.
