at the top of my laptop i have buttons that can control itunes (change to the next song, start/stop, etc). the only thing is that they only work when the itunes window is the active window on my desktop. if i am in powerpoint reviewing for my chem final they dont work to change the song. its getting annoying to keep flipping back and forth windows when i want to change a song when its on random (lazy i know )

so my question is, is there anyway that these buttons will work if i dont have itunes as my active window?

this is a link to show you what buttons i mean if you dont know what im talking about. its a huge picture so dialup users be warned

Send the entire laptop back, you're missing this button:
