ok..so i got a boss fs-5l to replace my marshall footswitch for my jcm 2000 dsl.
i heard that the marshall footswitch is known for acting up so i decided to upgrade.

so i baught the boss footswitch pluged er in with a cable n she worked fine for about 2 days...then the pedal refused to stop switching channels...but every one in 20 times it would switch...i checked teh batteries and the cable. I went back to the music store n they gave me another one. worked great but a few days later the exact same thing happend again.

am I breaking it useing it as a channel switcher for my amp?

or could it just be bad luck?

what should i do?
