I like the mesa setting on this amp , but i was wondering if the volume on this is loud enough to be heard over drums and a 120watt solidstate amp

i have a flexy II and i play it as a volume of 3 when i gig and its plenty loud

am not sure how many watts , i know it has 2 line 6 celestion voiced speakers , so i was thinking its 120watts but am not sure

my 75 watt flextone 3 can easily cope with playing with drums. Enjoy the amp!

This is a DEFINITE yes. I have a flextone 2 that is very loud. Gigs at around 4-5 on the master volume.

The flextone 2 has some SERIOUS bass. Too much for me.

A problem with it is that all but two of the high gain models have too much bass, even when the bass is completely cut. The modern highgain2 and American class A are decent. Except the higain is fizzy unless it has low gain and the class A doesnt have enough gain.
